With the purchase of my designs, you are purchasing a licence to use my designs for personal use only, to embroider on items for yourself, or that you give away, or sell (in limited quantities). You may not sell the design file or otherwise copy, distribute or give the files to any other party. By purchasing my designs you are agreeing not to share, trade, copy and/or sell any designs alone or in a set.

Because of the nature of electronic sales, all sales are final. No refunds after the designs have been delivered. Defective files will be replaced upon verification of your order.

I work long and hard hours to bring you these high quality unique designs, and I offer them at very reasonable prices and I sincerely hope that you can respect my copyrights.

All designs are sent as a zipped attachment, by email, within 36 hours after receiving payment (usually much less). I will send the designs to the address listed on the paypal form. Please make sure that your settings (and your servers) will allow zipped attachments. Please mention any email or format changes in the notes box on the paypal form, or in an email to me.
If you do not have a paypal account, you may still safely use your Credit card. Just say 'no' to the 'account' option and continue clicking through the checkout forms.

If you do not receive your designs within 36 hours, please email me with an alternate address. I will make every attempt to ensure that you receive my designs safely.
